What time is check-in? Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Our hotel staff will be at the front desk to assist you according to the expected arrival time you specified when making your reservation. Therefore, please contact us again if there are any changes to your arrival time (if you are late or early). However, depending on the availability on the day, we may be able to accept check-in and luggage storage in the morning (from 11:00 AM) (this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the accommodation situation the day before).

What time is check-out? Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please complete the check-out procedure using the tablet at the front desk. We also provide luggage storage and parking after check-out, so please enquire with a member of staff during your stay.

Where is the entrance to the front desk? How do I get to my room? Please enter the front desk from the north entrance of the building (please check the first floor floor plan on the "Facility Overview" page). The entrance is electronically locked, so please enter by entering the four-digit PIN code provided in the email sent to you the previous day. The front desk is located inside the cafe. When you enter the check-in code provided in the email into the tablet at the front desk, a PIN code for your room will be generated, so please enter this number to enter your room.

[Announcement of introduction of Smart Check-in Service]

We have introduced a self-check-in service to make check-in easier for guests who make reservations through our official website and other reservation sites (*Please note that check-in is not unmanned. Payment of accommodation taxes and other procedures must be done in person). This service allows you to shorten check-in time on the day of your stay by having you enter your personal information and make payment in advance using your smartphone or PC. Self-check-in is also possible on the day of your stay using a tablet, making check-in smoother. You can check the procedure on the website below. Please read it before staying.

Is parking available? There are three parking spaces available for guests on the north side of the hotel. Please let us know if you require parking when making your reservation. If you do not mention it or contact us, you may not be able to use the parking space even if you come by car.

Where is the parking lot?

Please tell me the route to the parking lot. It cannot be accessed from the main road, so please go around to the back side at Shiragikucho intersection. Please refer to the bottom of the "Access" page for details.
